About WCPB 2026 Poster Sessions

Poster presentations provide an interactive forum for researchers to present their work, exchange ideas, and engage with scientists, clinicians, industry professionals, and healthcare experts from around the world.

All accepted poster presenters are expected to register for the congress and present their posters during the assigned poster session.

The Scientific Committee invites abstracts and all the accepted abstracts will be presented as posters at the World Congress on Precision Biotherapeutics (WCPB 2026).

General Recommendations

  • Clear sans-serif fonts (Arial, Calibri, Helvetica, or similar)
  • High-contrast colors
  • Large graphs and figures
  • Minimal text with bullet points
  • High-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi)
  • Adequate white space
Your poster should be easily readable from a distance of approximately 1.5–2 meters.

Presenter Session Duties

During the assigned poster session, presenters should:

  • Be present at their poster throughout the scheduled discussion period.
  • Deliver a concise 3–5 minute overview of their research.
  • Engage with delegates and answer scientific questions.
  • Encourage discussion and networking.
Failure to attend the assigned session may result in withdrawal of the abstract from the official congress record.

Poster Evaluation Criteria

Eligible posters will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee based on:

Scientific originality
Innovation
Methodological quality
Data presentation
Clinical & scientific relevance
Poster design & visual appeal
Clarity of communication
Ability to answer questions

* Note: The Scientific Committee's decision is final.

Photography Policy

  • Photography of posters for personal educational purposes is generally permitted unless the presenter clearly indicates otherwise.
  • Authors wishing to restrict photography should display a "No Photography" notice on their poster.

Ethical Requirements

Authors are responsible for ensuring that:

  • All data are accurate and original.
  • Patient confidentiality is maintained.
  • Appropriate ethics approval has been obtained where applicable.
  • Funding sources are disclosed.
  • Conflicts of interest are declared.
